Returns Policy

We accept returns of all unworn and unused products within 10 business days of order delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your order for a different colour or size, please return your order as normal and place a new order online.

Return shipping is covered by the customer. All returns should be shipped back in a resalable condition using an insured, trackable shipping method. The Peanut Shop is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

How to return your order:

1. Email shop@teampeanut.com with your order number and reason for your return
2. We’ll provide you with a returns reference to include. Please make sure this is clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
3. Ship your return to:

4. Once we've safely received your return, we’ll send you a refund confirmation email. Please allow 5-10 working days for us to process the refund.
