We accept returns of all unworn and unused products within 10 business days of order delivery. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your order for a different colour or size, please return your order as normal and place a new order online.
Return shipping is covered by the customer. All returns should be shipped back in a resalable condition using an insured, trackable shipping method. The Peanut Shop is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
How to return your order:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for your return
2. We’ll provide you with a returns reference to include. Please make sure this is clearly displayed on the outside of the package.
